Sci-TeQ
Sci-TeQ is a project which aims to take young people on a journey, teaching them all about science and technology from Primary 6 through to Secondary 2. The transition years from Primary to Secondary school are a crucial time for young people to start to understand the importance of these subjects and the type of careers they may lead to. Over the 4 years, pupils take part in a range of activities, both in and out of school, including Knex Challenge in P6, INEOS SET Fair in P7 then in secondary school SciTeQ Festivals, Science Squad and Lab in a Lorry during S1-S2. You can read more about it in our Sci-TeQ leaflet (PDF, 4.5MB)|, view our Sci-Teq slideshow, or ask your Science teacher at school.
