BP operates the Forties Pipeline System, which transports North Sea Oil and Gas to acrude oil stabilisation plant at Kinneil, near Grangemouth, 35km west of Edinburgh. BP is committed to Scotland and to a number of community programmes around its operating centres. BP, through its Kinneil operations is a major business in the Falkirk area, and is proud to support the My Future's in Falkirk initiative.
Scottish Enterprise Forth Valley is one of 12 local enterprise companies - or LECs – which are located across the southern half of Scotland, from the Grampians right down to the Borders. Working in partnership with the private and public sectors, Scottish Enterprise Forth Valley aims to secure the long-term future of the Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling economies by making its industries more competitive. This means helping business start-ups and existing companies to grow; promoting and encourage exporting; attracting inward investment; and developing skills.
